Manufacturing Procedure

Procurement of Materials Materials are purchased from carefully selected local suppliers to ensure a fast and efficient supply chain from all beginning.  Materials are quality-assured directly by our experienced QC engineers at the supplier site before they are delivered to the manufacturing.

Welding and Machining All welded parts are produced in accordance with firmly established sequence plans and procedures to assure consistent quality. State-of-the-art CNC machines, cutting tools and CAM-generated CNC programs are used in the production facilities to manufacture high-precision components.  Machined components are inspected carefully in accordance with established inspection specifications to ensure every product is highly qualified.  

Assembly Consistent product assembly procedures are employed at the company production facilities.  Special equipment is used by skilled operators for efficient assembly processes to ensure the high precision.  Each component is inspected in accordance with detailed inspection and testing specifications.
